Basically a discussion I had this morning with someone about whether or not parents should have the right to refuse vaccinations for kids. A pretty bland topic tbh, but another question came to my head. What should be the age that kids get to make their own choice about vaccinations, regardless of the opinion of their parents, doctors, or the state?

I'll go with 15-16, since personally I believe this is the age where people should be able to be given the power to make their own choices anyway.

Vaccinations should be required in order to protect public health. (I think I answered your question correctly?)

Irrelevant. Parents should have their kids taken away from them if they don't vaccinate their kids.

Voted <13 for posterity's sake.

Whatever age legal adulthood is... but the state (in this case specifically local government/school districts)
should have questionnaires to accept opt-outs (and if you aren't claiming religious beliefs, no one line answers), so this is on file should something heaven forbid, go wrong during the vaccination, an outbreak of something like Whooping Cough or Smallpox occurs etc.

Nobody should be able to choose not be vaccinated.
