Probably.  I'm guessing she'll pick Tim Kaine.  She'll want to go the safe and boring route.

My two cents are on Martin Heinrich; at 43, he's on the younger side. So, to answer the question, I would say no. Castro is only 40 and I could see him as a potential running mate as well.

There's a good chance. The main reason is that the bench is pretty big: Tim Kaine, Mark Warner, Martin Heinrich, Martin O'Malley, Michael Bennet, Steve Bullock, Terry McAuliffe, and Brian Schatz could all end up vetted.

Plus, she's unlikely to go with an elderly white guy, so that means the odds are better for middle aged white guys.
