I echo the comment of Senator Cranberry.
I supported it in the past and I see no reason to not do the same now, but I'd like to hear Senator Windjammer's arguments in favor of his proposal.

I heard Senator Windjammer's arguments for this act, but still I won't support it.
I supported it the last time and I don't see reason to not do the same now.
