I think that it's right supporting cooperatives, but at the same time I think that cooperatives needs to survive and to prove their efficiency by themselves.
I'm ready to support it, but there should be important changes. I don't like the entire Section 2 and I'm supporting Senator Hagrid in asking a full strike of this part of the bill. It clearly goes against the principe of proving their efficiency by themselves and it's important for me.

Yes. I echo the comments of Senator Cranberry.
I'd like to thank the Vice President for his input at the debate and looks like that also I will have to refrain my judgement on the bill and I'd like to hear Senator TNF's arguments about it.
