If he somehow won the Democratic nomination, I'd say his Social PM score would likely produce a relatively serious independent candidate from the left. "Relatively" meaning they might hit 10% nationally, but probably not.

Still, that would syphon off social liberals to run down usual Democratic percentages in New England states and even New York.

I'd say Hawaii.

Doing "best state overall" is boring as sh^t, as any Dem is going to be like Hawaii and DC, and any Republican is going to be Utah and Wyoming.
