A Republican state that is more fiscally conservative than socially conservative. Arizona might be a good fit.

Utah's still very partisan towards Republicans the same way Hawaii and DC are auto-Dem states, also given that they were the first Deep GOP state to adopt really comprehensive tolerance laws for LGBT couples, and given what they did for their homeless and your own views....you'd probably get really far.

As long as you don't go all Ted Cruz or Trump loud-mouthed.
