Ironically, Gore's ceiling is probably something near that of Bill Bradley in 2000. He might do a bit better, but I doubt that he could win. As others have said, he would definitely have a better chance than O'Malley, Chafee, Sanders, or Webb. Given the right circumstances, he could pull it off though.
