There's an amendment I proposed in the legislation introduction thread. If the Governor deems it friendly, I'd like to see if you could put that bill up on the floor rather than me introduce the amendment all over again.

Thank you, Governor. Thank you, Mr. Speaker.

I strongly support this amended bill and I urge my colleagues to do the same. These are sensible amendments that will allow students to experience the benefits of the arts without worrying about their income level. It also allows the schools to raise money by allowing students to purchase instruments if they so choose. I think these are fair amendments and this bill will be a great improvement to the previous arts law.
