Wow. Was not expecting this.

I would be happy to vote for him in the general. He's probably my third choice in the primary, after Kasich and Bush.

RINO who vetoed voter ID and supports genderless marriage , nothing to see here

Isn't he the reason that Michigan is the only blue state without SSM?  I'm pretty sure he's opposed.
He defends the ban because he's faithful to his oath of office. He won't say if he supports it personally.

I think he halted the appeal against SSM actually.

He halted the appeal on recognizing the 300 or so marriages that were done during the 8 or so hours where SSM was briefly legalized due to judicial crap. He still supports the appeal on the actual ban itself.

But... with a minimum of 3% in the polls, are we still looking at 10+ candidates in the debates?

Where you are getting the 3% number from? In 2012 it was 1% for the earliest debates, and 2% later in the season.

Clown car isn't going to be so big after all.

Who am I kidding? Just because this guy's out doesn't mean there won't be two rows for candidates during the debates!
Yeah, considering even without Snyder we still have 21 actual or potential candidates (I don't include Palin).
