No, Detroit actually has a pretty good scene, and that's really all that matters to me.

OKC, easily, any day, period.

It's warmer, wealthier, and has less crime.  That pretty much settles it for me.

probably Detroit for the weather, but it's funny how many people here are under the impression OKC is just a glorified truck stop.

If Detroit's economy and crime rate were as good as Oklahoma City's then definitely Detroit.  But otherwise, I'd pick one of the Detroit suburbs over either one.
