Both are quite good, but I like Jose Chung better.  Though no, I don't agree that it's one of the 10 best TV episodes of all time.

In fact, it's only the second best sci-fi TV episode from April of 1996 (behind Babylon 5's "Severed Dreams" and just ahead of DS9's "Hard Time").
