Maybe President and Senate, but pretty much everyone is showing the Governor's race a tossup.

PPP is the best pollster in NC I believe, Gravis Marketing and Harper Polling may have gotten the midterm election right last go around but I think PPP does best in presidential years in their home state.

It is certainly possible that NC is no longer a "Dems win it after they've won the whole thing" state, especially for Clinton. VA and NC could be really good fo Clinton if she slips up in Ohio or Colorado.

North Carolina has 15 electoral votes. It was the third-largest state in electoral votes that Barack Obama lost in 2012... after only Georgia and Texas.
