Vermont, Colorado, Alaska, maybe New Hampshire.

Really starting to look like it'll just be Vermont

I think the biggest unknown is whether we'll see the same lopsided results in caucus states as we did in 2008. I have an easier time imagining Bernie winning a bunch of those than any primary states outside of the Northeast, especially as a bunch of them have small, demographically favorable, or demographically unusual electorates. But maybe Clinton will rule the caucuses this time, who knows.

Aside from Vermont, which he will win, my guess is that Sanders best states will be Maine, New Hampshire, and Iowa, in that order. I'd give him even odds in Maine and slightly less in the other two.

It would be beyond hilarious if he wins NH ... just for the sake of watching Hillary's face after it.

Clinton when Sanders wins NH:

The only one that I'm really confident of is Vermont. A win in New Hampshire seems more likely than in Iowa at this point. Winning NH could give him the momentum to win a few more states like Maine or maybe Washington. If he focuses on the black vote in the South, he may be able to win some states down there. The best (realistic at this point (barring a Hillary implosion)) case scenario would have him winning 5-8 states, I'd imagine.

It's interesting looking back on my own post from 7 months ago.

I stand by my Vermont prediction. NH is easily doable (I give Bernie about a 55% chance of winning it). Iowa is a stretch (maybe 25-30% chance of winning it). Lol at Bernie and the black vote. Colorado and Minnesota could be good for him on Super Tuesday. Maine would be good too, but I'm not sure if he would stick in the race that long (almost a week after Super Tuesday, I believe). So, maybe 2-5 states. Some later caucuses could still be good, but I'm not sure that he would still draw enough votes to win (anywhere besides VT) after dropping out.

I think he'll win New Hampshire, stay in until Super Tuesday, where he wins Vermont and possibly Minnesota.
