I'm not ready to call it yet either, until all the votes are in and we definitely know the final outcome.

Either way, if the majority of our legislature votes on the amendment, whether it is yes or no, then the majority of votes cast will favor whatever side the South chooses.

Y'all should know the answer to that question in a day or two Cheesy

Though my preference would be to do it like the other regions, I must say doing it like this and doing it towards the end could have been of tremendous benefit to the South in terms being the deciding region. Considering the votes and where they were that was very possible, though the public pronouncements kind of reduced its potential.

Voting is not yet over, but the Electoral Reform Amendment has passed with an absolute majority in the South.
