I have also long believed that CU has benefited liberals the most.  Soros and Steyer have significant more influence over our elections than the Kochs or Adelson

The Kochs are holding auditions right now for the GOP nomination.

Thank heavens. Judges shouldn't be elected at all, but I digress. Even worse is when they are elected on a partisan basis, ala NY.

I concur. Most people have no stake in the partisan identity of judges and law enforcement officers. Some do -- people who might have a stake in criminal cases . Can you imagine what sorts of judges and cops that gangsters prefer?
