Well it's a 150 year old French song, it's logical it translate differently into other languages and it have been updated some times.

Doesn't really sound that good today. So I get why some people want to update the song, it's just a sign of a living movement.

BTW I sung the Danish version in the morning, and I must admit every different version have it own charm.
