Meh. Would live in NoVA or the MD suburbs, not in DC itself. Pleasant enough to visit, don't see the appeal unless you work for the government.

You're definitely an outlier. Tongue I just don't understand why such a beautiful, relaxing state like Wyoming gets such a low rating compared to a city like D.C. Sad
