Latest average RCP Poll shows him at 6th place with 7.3%....Latest PPP poll 7%
I think he has decent chance to finish with 8-10%

And probably continues his campaign after Iowa, (if he can finish at top 5, and  get 10%+ votes)

would be in  tough fight with Cruz, Huckabee, or maybe even Santorum for evangelical votes

Probably a bit less than that if he doesn't totally self destruct during an interview or one of the debates due to his utter incoherence.

3-5%, assuming he's still in the race at that point.

5-10%. Carson has the evangelical appeal.

12%, 4th place (Bush is not going to do well here, nor is Rubio, or Christie if he runs). My bet is a tight top three of Walker, Cruz, Paul (all at about 20-23%) with Carson a distant 4th, and no one else above 7%.
