President Alcon has nominated John F. Kennedy for the Associate Justice position vacated by John Dibble.

I call this confirmation hearing to order.

I am away for the evening, so I won't be able to open this up until tomorrow at the earliest. Since there are no questions for this uber-qualified nominee, I see no point in dragging it out another day. Given that Emsworth is still being questioned, I will leave his hearing open to further questions and will check on its status tomorrow.
