Tories have just gained Vale of Clwyd from Labour.

Edit: there's a recount going on.

Kirkcaldy has gone SNP with a 35% swing. Gordon Brown must be relieved that he's standing down.

Well, I guess the few Lab gains from Con will be thanks to the Lib Dem collapse.

Conservatives are holding tight some of the most marginal seats they held. If this trend continues and they can flip a few marginal seats from Labour, that's how the Tory majority is born.

538's model has the Conservatives at 311 already.

Electoral Calculus believes the Tories will be just short of the overall majority. BBC seems to be afraid of making a prediction now. 538 has the Conservatives at 322, Election Forecast sees a 43% chance of 323 seats or more.

Edit: now Election Forecast has it at 65%.

Perhaps Ed Balls' seat will be the one who puts the Conservatives above 325. Now that would be funny.
