BBC reporting speculation that Corbyn may have won on the first count.

(Key word: "speculation".)

It'll frankly be a big surprise if he hasn't.

A senior NEC source has told the BBC Corbyn has won, but won't be drawn on the scale.

Watson has all but got the deputy leadership with 39% on the first round

Bradshaw eliminated, Watson up to 42% in second round, Eagle now to be eliminated.

Watson wins on third round, Creasy second.

Talk about a dragged out death, first round being published, clear Corbyn has won

Andy Burnham-80,000 on first round (19%)
Cooper- 71,000 (17%)
Corbyn- 250,000 (That's easily over 50%)

Who cares about Kendall

I have a little bit off topic question to the UK posters:

Is there any official reason why Labour Party changed its logo from that cool old one to the generic social democratic rose?

I mean from this one:

To the current.

Because it's not really a logo. Remember, prior to the 70's parties didn't have universal logos or even agreed colour schemes (and in some constituencies, names)

Ok, I used bad word - symbol, logo etc.
Maybe in UK there were no universal logos. In Poland Polish Socialist Party had a logo, there was commonly used clover as a symbol agrarian movement, most of the nationalist parties had common symbols, Polish Stronnictwo Demokratyczne in 1939 had a logo, Italian Christian Democracy had a logo/symbol in 40/50s.

59.5% for Corbyn, should be enough that his legitimacy can't credibly be questioned.

When the police wind down that investigation initiated by a fantasist and supported by the Nonce Finder Deputy it will be quite spectacular to watch.
