Germany; they at least realized that what they did was wrong. Plus they probably wouldn't murder me for having a political view opposed to their previous incarnation as a society.

I wouldntchoose east germany over the South  even though I am not white. Reconstruction south you could at least leave while East Germany you would be shot if you left. But to answer the question Germany if i get to live on the West,
