What is binge drinking? Drinking so that you get drunk? Because I'm pretty sure I only drink alcohol when I'm "binge drinking" if that is the case.

5 drinks in 2 hours is a lot, so pretty rarely by that definition. But usually when I drink alcohol the goal is getting drunk, unless it's just like a beer with dinner or something.
