Wow this game looks pretty cool!

Won in 1896 as Bryan on hard mode. Thriller of an election, came down to Indiana which I won by 0.2%.

You won with Bryan Wow, this game makes it even in normal mode as hard to win with him as it was John Mccain in 2008

Yeah, it took some maneuvering, but you have to campaign in the West basically, otherwise McKinley will beat you.

Concentrate on Indiana, Illinois is fool's gold.

Also, try and bring the Cleveland Democrats into the fold again, I'm pretty sure that's how I won Indiana.

I won the popular vote 50.8-48.4.

I'm trying impossible mode next, wish me luck.

I just tried Obama-Romney Hard Mode with Both candidates

With Romney I lost 347-191(Lost NC)
With Obama I lost 301-237( Lost FLorida,Vriginia, NH, Ohio, Colorado, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nevada)

Trying now 1968 both on hard mode

Won with Humphrey in Hard Mode 310- 163- 64

Won with 45% of the Vote

How you win take a moderatly Dovish Position on Vietnam saying you will stop bombing negotiate a peace deal but leave a few troops until peace deal is agreed to

Challenge Nixon to Debate

Then take Moderate Liberal position on economics

Then Break the word about Nixon's involment in sabatoging Peace Deal

Nixon best I could do was get a grid locked electoral college

I was on Impossible...
California was 49.5 - 49.4 - 1.1
Iowa was 49.8 - 49.7 - 0.5
238-209\
I am sad. I was so close to a Bryan win on Impossible. Maybe it is impossible to win with Bryan on impossible hah.

Fun game but they ruined it by taking the # of questions you could have out. It used to be up to 50 and it was challenging but fun for us nerds. Now it's always 25 or so and you don't always see ones appear as much as others.

Plus I wish they'd do more years. 2000 or 1860 would be fun as hell..

I would love to see these elections added plus 2004 and 1976

I remember playing as McKinley once and losing by a landslide, but I bailed out and quit before the end.  It was too painful.

Anyway, they make it nearly impossible to win as Romney in 2012.  I have a feeling that game is rigged, which is why I hardly ever play it.

The only thing I haven't done is be successful as Wallace in 68 that's never been done when I played as him. The closest I came was winning TN but loosing the Carolina's.

I have been able to win all 76 electoral votes possible for Wallace, but Humphrey then always loses in a landslide.

Just played as Humphrey on Hard. Wallace managed to prevent either me or Nixon from getting a majority in the EC. It came down to California, which Nixon won 46.5% to 46.1%.

How did you manage that ? I was so frustrated I think the game is bugged for the Wallace campaign in 1968. I played on easy and picked Strom Thurmond as my VP to get the Carolinas on board. I took a hard line on Vietnam, took a centre right course on economics and a hardline segregationist policy. I also literally campaigned every turn in NC. I still lost NC and Nixon won every time.

Lost as Bryan 1896 (I swear the campaign is rigged against him)

Won as Humphrey 1968

I'll try Hard next.

Since I lost with Both Obama and Romeny on Normal Iam now trying normal mode

With Romeny I won With Romney 272-266(Winning all Romney's States and NH,Florida,Iowa,Ohio,Colorado), Gary Johnson nearly killed me in Colorado where I only won by 0.1% and he picked up 1.5%. I nearly choked though as I went from having a 242-173 lead and Barely won

With Obama I also won 272-266(Winning all Of Obama's States except Ohio , Florida, Virginia) and Johnson saved me in Colorado taking 1.5% of the vote. In this I made a comeback at one point I was trailing 248- 167 but Won all the Remaining states except Ohio to win
