The Northeast, as a region, should honor all the innocent citizens that have been hurt by the recent plague of violence that has hit our country.

I'm for this. Though I'd also support including an attempt to explain why all this things happened. That could help people realize why things happen and what to do in order to prevent it. This idea, in fact, comes from a similar memorial that exists in Peru.

I would like to know if the domestic atrocities committed by sirnick in this bill were attributed to him after he deregistered from the game.

Apparently it was done shortly before or shortly after.

What are the atrocities he committed that need a memorial? Are we talking about a storyline telling sirnick did some things or is this about specific actions done by sirnick himself.

Attempted arson of public property and successful destruction of three months of records.

What is "by for Sirnick" supposed to mean?  The phrase doesn't make any sense.

I think it's supposed to say "committed by former Northeastern official SirNick."

Yeah...is there any way I can offer that up as a quick change?

When it's sent to the Governor, the typo should just be corrected. I think we all knew what the bill meant, so it wouldn't make any difference to how the voting on the bill would've gone.
