I'm amazed he's hanging on this long, but I'd be shocked to see him resign, even after all of that has transpired this week. I'm betting on a strong primary challenge in '16 from Dan Innis will bring him down, but even it that does not come to pass regardless he's gone in 2017 and either Chris Pappas or Carol Shea Porter will hold the seat. If he does stay and is on the ticket in '16 it will sadly hurt the whole GOP ticket.

Guinta does not need to resign since he's not being prosecuted, so since he does not give a damn about anybody but himself, why should he not just hang around and collect his pay check for another 20 months?

Well, news is slow. Looking like Guinta won't resign, obviously (I'm just bringing you guys the news FTR), but I'd be willing to bet that the establishment would be willing to coalesce behind another candidate.

Shea-Porter is all but in, so I'll rate it at Tilts D (depends on who her opponent is).

Honestly, I think he might be insane enough to run again. There are a few people still backing him (even though his only chance is if certain people split the vote), though I think Sununu will beat him handily in the primary.
