Each of the 40 NUTS-2 regions gets seven MPs by list, each NUTS-1 region gets thirty MPs by list, the Speaker is automatically re-elected.

Northeast

Northumberland, Tyne, and Wear - 5 Lab, 1 Con, 1 UKIP

Tees Valley and Durham - 3 Lab, 3 Con, 1 UKIP

List - 14 Lab, 8 Con, 5 UKIP, 2 LD, 1 Green

Northwest Part 1

Cumbria - 3 Con, 2 Lab, 1 LD, 1 UKIP

Cheshire - 3 Con, 3 Lab, 1 UKIP
