The first duty of a government is to her people. Exporting our wealth and jobs does the exact opposite.

Why does this seem like such a trollish question?

Why does this seem like such a trollish question?

Don't the people benefit from cheaper goods?

Also, I feel that the rich world has at least some obligation to help developing countries. I don't think TPP will do that - it's not like it will cross the biggest racket, the Agricultural subsidies - but I'm a firm believer in everybody having the same opertunities, no matter what arbitrary border you happen to live within.
