Those results have been on the Secretary of the State's website for at least five years. (I was a little surprised to see this thread referring to them - I assumed that the existence of this information was well known.)

When I was a student at the University of Connecticut, I found records of municipality-detailed election results dating back to about 1848 at the Homer Babbidge library in Storrs.

There are a few exceptions - Salisbury, Cornwall and Mansfield (UConn) on the Democratic side, and the Gold Coast towns on the Republican side.

I worked in Hartland for a few days last year. It's probably unique in New England for its very large, conservative, Lutheran Norwegian population. It's a rural town with quite low income compared to neighboring Granby, and its rural conservatism has never wavered in the town's history. The town has never voted for a Democratic presidential candidate - not even for FDR and not even for LBJ.
