OK, I'm watching him on CBS.  All he said was that he's going to announce his final decision on June 1st in South Carolina (which we already knew because of leaks to the press).

But then he started saying "I'm running because…", meaning that he's pretty bad at this whole "pretend you're not running yet for plausible deniability" thing.
