Marco Rubio's baggage is coming crashing out of the closet

He's raiding his retirement accounts to fund day-to-day expenses.

And his wife accepted a $54,000-a-year part-time job to advise a charity belonging to a wealthy political benefactor of her husband's - that only actually gave out $250 in charity while spending $150,000 on travel expenses.

I will be having my last laugh some time later this year or early next year when he implodes in spectacular fashion. I've been warning of this for some time.

Rubio has some skeletons in his closet that would more likely than not come tumbling out and allow him to implode in spectacular 2012-style fashion. He's too much of an unknown quantity.

If [Romney] chooses Rubio, there's a significant chance it could blow up in his face. This is a guy who hasn't been vetted ... and has financial problems (underwater on his mortgage, tons of student loan debt) that could indicate some more skeletons in his closet.

Rubio has always had money problems, and skated on rather thin ice in dealing with the squeeze. This is not the first example of something he's done that while maybe legal, may not pass the smell test.

In any event, Marco Rubio is the wrong sort of Hispanic to win the Hispanic vote in New Mexico, Nevada, Colorado, or Arizona -- let alone California.
