Hoover beat Nixon, now let's break this tie.

Calvin Coolidge and James Garfield are tied for 29th place. Who is #30and who is #29?

Next is John Quincy Adams vs. Grover Cleveland.

Coolidge, but both were good.  Coolidge is a criminally underrated President, and it's laughable to literally blame the whole Great Depression on him, as many do.

It's would be funny if it weren't so painfully annoying. Coolidge was an incredible President.

Garfield easily.

Coolidge, but both were good.  Coolidge is a criminally underrated President, and it's laughable to literally blame the whole Great Depression on him, as many do.

Coolidge wasn't solely responsible for the Depression, but he didn't help matters either. Massive deregulation isn't generally a good thing in the long run (as we saw in 2008).
