Question 1: Which proposed Balanced Budget Amendment to the Mideast Constitution would you support?
Proposal I: All spending over 100% of revenue must be approved by a 2/3 vote in the Assembly.

Proposal II: All spending over 100% of revenue must be approved by a 2/3 vote in the Assembly except in an emergency (war, natural disaster, or economic collapse).

Proposal III: We don't need to mandate a balanced budget in the Constitution - that's what elections are for.
Question 2: Would you vote for a revised Constitution that did not include a balanced budget amendment?

I support and advocate for proposal 2. Personally what I think best is an Atlasian Mack-Penny plan where the government can only spend 99 % of its yearly intake of funds.
