How is Calvin Coolidge is getting better praise then Reagan

Coolidge spoke out against lynching, Reagan started his campaign in lynch central advocating for "state's rights".

That's the tip of the iceberg.

Reagan signed MLK day

Reagan policies created more jobs then any other president since WW2 other then Clinton(Who by the was a Conservative Democrat)

Reagan finished off what Nixon started( the end of the Soviet Union) by having the guts to bankrupt them

Reagan brought national pride back

The country was better when Reagan left then when he took office

1) As others said he initially opposed, what difference does a holiday make when your having your food stamps cut, experiencing inner city decline etc. Its pandering politics at its best

2)Okay great, he created jobs. Did so whilst massively increasing the debt and the deficit

3)Please... that's just wrong. USSR broke down because of Gorbachev reforms, plus the desire for eastern Europeons to have democracy+equal rights. Best Reagan did was a couple of speeches but he didn't bankrupt them. They'd been in decline since 1968

4) So did Adolf
