All of them are  racist and/or criminals  but  I the least worst is George Wallace(1980s version) since he renounced racism, fixed relations with African American by appointing record amount of African Americans to cabinet. Though the 1960s and 70s version of Wallace would be the worst governor . Looking at this list no wonder I think Alabama is the worst state in the United States

How is Bob Riley a racist criminal? I think you're the one who is making sweeping judgement about a state.

Not Bob Riley but the governers before him were one or they other except Wallace in the 1980s . For me it was a toss up between him and Wallace in the 80s but the economy was better when Wallace left then Riley left so I gave it to him
