Labour are saying that a lot of their voters are voting leave to give the Conservative Government a kicking.

Well, suppose Cameron falls, Johnson is unable to form a government and Labour is elected. They would still be stuck with having to negotiate the exit and face the consequences. I would not want to be in that Labour government.

Labour are saying that a lot of their voters are voting leave to give the Conservative Government a kicking.

There was always a decent chance of that happening, particularly with older ones (many of which voted Out in 1975). I think earlier estimates were of about a third or so of Labour voters for out; seems quite plausible.

RIP the pound, RIP the City of London.

They were good while they lasted.

I am not sure a leave decision is negative on the long run.  I agree on the short run there will be economic dislocation.

I have yet to see a good rationale as to why London will remain a major financial center if trade and service barriers are reimposed on England as most of the European heads of state have said they would be.

The idea that London is the economic capital, just because it is, is nuts. The connection to European markets is one of THE key reasons why the shift back to London from Frankfurt happened, and why those international markets will shift back to the continent.

Not impressed with remain margins so far in NI.  I didn't expect Unionists to go as strongly for Leave.

Marginally. Unionists are pro-leave and they turn out much better though.

That part of NI is heavily Unionist, which backed leave.

The UUP did not back Leave.  Unionists were supposed to be more divided.

Watching BBC's coverage, it sounds like a lot of industrial Labour-leaning areas are voting Leave.

Eilean Siar votes remain - they were the biggest leave vote in 1975 (at around 80% Leave).

Scotland will vote Remain.

I think every area in Scotland will vote remain. The question is, will it be enough?

Leave are over performing in Scotland

They are, but I think that's to do with poor turnout.

Lagan Valley is much more strongly Unionist than North Antrim, but it's largely middle-class. North Antrim is rural and while its about 75:25 Protestant:Catholic that Protestant vote is more likely to be evangelical. The "No Popery" vote.
