ITV said earlier that folks in Washington going to reevaluate their European priorities, could see a future of closer relations with Berlin, Paris, and Brussels while distancing itself from London. RIP special relationship.

Good thing Obama is out in a couple months.  Whoever wins in November, we're going to have a President who actually respects the special relationship.  I expect a free trade deal with the UK to be worked out post haste.

Hillary has the same position as Obama.

No.  She has a great love of England.  Churchill's bust will rise again.

Trump is against free trade deals of any kind, and why would Clinton prefer England to Germany?

Not when it comes to a true friend like independent United Kingdom.

Scotland is mostly done.  I will be up to London and some other urban centers to stop Leave.  Most likely they do not have the votes to do so.

He's against free trade with the third-world.

Remain took a big hit on the Betfair Exchange over the past few minutes, and is now only at about 30%.

We're not even over 50% of places yet, with a margin that can be easily flipped, lol.

I think leave absolutely has an advantage here, but c'mon people.

Merkel is seeing her dream of a fourth Reich crumble before her eyes

That's, quite frankly one of the most ridiculous things I've read in this thread.

Yet again a town that was supposed to go for Stay in a 50-50 scenario.

Considering how much still has to come in from Engeland: agree. When shall it be called?

A friend of mine, who by chance has the British citizenship, has arrived in London earlier today. Smiley

Merkel might be better off with England out. At least, she will be able to fashion EU more to her (and German) liking. But for most of the rest this world will be, definitely, worse place to live in.
