Who will become the Republican vice presidential candidate? I know, it depends on who the presidential candidate is. Is a primary loser more likely than someone, who did not campaign for presidency (like Paul Ryan in 2012)?

Fiona sounds plausible. Or Ben Carson maybe (he might bring some black votes). Bobby Jindal is also an alternative.

If it's no presidential candidate: Susanna Martinez (she'll deliver some Lation votes), Jeff Flake, Tom Cotton or Joni Ernst? The perfect running mate for Scott Walker would be Rudy Guiliani in my opinion.

Thune or Giuliani would be good choices.

Thune or Giuliani would be good choices.

Guiliani wont run; Bernie Kerick destroyed any chance at nomination in 2008.

I don't understand where all this Ernst buzz is coming from.
Just because Braley was incompetent and couldn't highlight her far-right views, and the fact that she is a conspiracy nut, that doesn't mean that the same will happen again, much more in a national campaign.

I won't even begin to speculate until I know who the GOP presidential nominee is.

If he isn't the nominee, it'll be Kasich.  If Kasich is the nominee, it'll be Rubio.

I don't see Fiorina or Carson.  Carson's got a compelling narrative, but could he really be President with no political experience?  Fiorina's the kind of candidate that seems real qualified, and she could do the job as President, but she'd be the type to make a gaffe in the form of showing her corporate aggressive side that would get her the kind of negative play that Romney's 47% comments got him.  Kasich expands the map for any candidate, and a Kasich-Rubio ticket might be a real map-expander.

My prediction: Rubio wins nomination Kasich is his VP.....Kasich wins nomination Rubio is his VP.

Wild Card:

If Rubio or Kasich win and don't select the other one than:

Susanna Martinez

Republicans should learn from 2008-don't nominate an inexperienced rustic sounding women who fires up the loonies e.g Joni Ernst.

Please pick Carly Fiorina-she's failed at everything in the last 10 years

Kelly Ayotte.

Does NH law allow her to run simultaneously for VP and reelection to the US Senate?

It would not be wise last poll had her only up 2 against Hassan, people keep mentioning her name not realizing she has a tough re-election ahead of her. Same with Portman and Bennet.

Real qualified? By what standard? Losing a senate race and running HP into the ground?

Any combination of Rubio and Kasich would be formidable, but it's not necessarily my prediction for the ticket.
