Opinion of calling someone a "race traitor"

Inspired by the "race traitor" debate a couple of months ago with Chairman Sanchez, Sawx, and others.

Anyways, I think that it is a massive HP, no matter what the context is.

We as Americans should try our best to eliminate the concept of race (which I know will never happen, but we should at least try). At the end of the day, we're all human. Calling people "race traitors" is exactly what is stopping us from achieving true racial equality. People who call females who date/marry males outside their race "race traitors" are the worst. Churches, schools, and etc. are still racially segregated today because people have the concept of race engraved into their minds so much. It's sad. Sawx is one of my favorite posters, but his position on this issue is disgusting. A white guy trying to determine whose loyal to the "black people." Lol. I'm a ethnic minority btw.

I'd be delighted to be called one, given that I have nothing but contempt for the idea of 'racial solidarity' in general. That said, the practice is obviously dumb, and those who conceive of the idea itself are intellectually stunted. This idea that 'races' are unified, coherent groups with the same interests among all their members is a bizarre amalgam of discredited 19th century pseudoscience and 1960s identitarianism, and should be left where it belongs: in the past.

I am sorry. I never meant to misrepresent your views. You're reasoning of using the phrase "race traitor" actually made sense (although I don't agree with the reasoning). This thread isn't just about you though. It's about people who use the phrase in general. You're still a great person. I'll lock this thread if you want me to do so.

I also must add that the reason I hate this phrase is because I hate the concept of race in general and how it separates us all.

For the record, I don't hate racist jokes. I make Indian jokes with my friends all the time. It's real racism that I hate. There is a difference between jokes and real hatred.
