Not anytime soon. I went with 2050's or later instead of never, since it's impossible to guess demographic changes more than half a century away.

I would not count out Delaware getting another electoral vote in the next few decades. According to Wikipedia, Delaware is the 15th fastest growing state based on census numbers for 2010 and 2016, and it already has 950,000 people.

Delaware is a fictional state created back in the early 70s by one Joe Biden, so he could run for Senate. It'll become obsolete once Joe leaves the Vice Presidency and announce he was trolling us all these years.

Earlier history? All written by Joe when he was in college. This is why he got poor grades. Too much fanfiction, too little studying.
