Well lets see. Theirs Trump the Front National in France and lots of other fascist movements in the West. So I think theirs cause for concern. Even Israel is looking suspiciusly fascist.

Fascism doesn't mean "a right-wing government I don't like".

perhaps more to the point, fascism doesn't just mean neo-nazism.

There is that. But the difference between right and far/alt-right is subjective. Franco is a great example.

I think the cult of nationalism (left, right or however they describe themselves) will be a serious problem, on a broader scale.

Not in the United States.  Far right populism, maybe, but antisemitism won't be a major part of it.

Do you mean 'the difference between fascism and far/alt-right'? Because I don't think it can reasonably be argued that Franco wasn't far-right.

What does the Vinn diagram look like in detail, for right, far-right, al-right, fascism, and nazism?

Everywhere I go on Youtube there are non-stop attacks on Jews, saying they are responsible for everything, that they are practicing white genocide through diversity, that they control the media, ect. People deny the holocaust but in the same breath use generalized attacks against groups (Jews, Muslims, Arabs) that seem to be almost justifying the idea of genocide. Given the backlash against immigration policies in Europe and the U.S. (which I actually agree are too lenient), is there a serious possibly of white fascism rising again in the next century?

That's your problem. I rarely see neo-Nazi videos on YouTube.

I don't see any neo-Nazi videos. I see countless pro-Nazi comments, and even more thumbs up for said comments.

no, they're dumbasses with a victim complex who can't actually achieve anything in life so they just sit on the computer and bitch about "white genocide" because it somehow makes them feel better about the fact they're worthless, socially inept garbage who productive human beings never want around.

There is potential for a revival of fascism, but not neo-Nazism exactly. Neo-Nazism is a very specific ideology.

How will it be a problem if we’re already dealing with them now.

I don't know how long it will remain a problem, maybe it will be replaced by some other horrible ideology by 2070 or so.

No, but ethnic tribalism poses a serious threat to the cohesion of American democracy. If the particular combination of extreme party polarization, extreme ethnic/racial polarization, and party/ethnic alignment all come into being then the Three Horsemen of the apocalypse have arrived.

Honestly it's been significantly on the decline since this thread was created.
