Can Fast Track pass the Senate without the TAA tethered to it?  Are there enough Democratic senators who are willing to vote for TPA without the TAA?

So, when is Obama going to sign this? It's been a few days now.

The last bit of related unfinished business remains the Export-Import Bank, which will likely be renewed but only after its charter expires tomorrow.
