The blue states certainly tend to have a better score than the red states. I thought Alaska was supposed to care about freedom. Who would have thought New Mexico was the best?

They recently passed a reform bill into law severely limiting it.

Perhaps my own experience in Ohio explains why I think opposition to these laws are overstated. If I practiced in SC or GA, maybe I'd be more exorcised at the apparent abuses there.
