Actually its not,

We have a vacancy.

The actualy result is 9-0-0-1 (Snowguy's seat being vacant)

Cris voted twice. Counting him twice would unconstitutionally deprive the Midwest of its vote, which in the absence of a member is blank. Tongue

sorry, Xahar accused me of Senate legalism so I figured this would piss him off.

My amendment was skipped and a vote was being held on it, but was never closed. It was passing though. Snowguy's amendment authored after mine, contained mine and also a replacement clause. Blair called 24 hours for objections and nobody objected, so I would assume Snowguy's would be the final text.

Yankee's amendment passed which meant that section D of the bill was struck off all together, under my understanding

It takes few minutes to be true, but this is a great reason why having an amendment tracker helps.

We reduced the number of amendment related controversies to like three over the course of four years thanks to having one, and undoubtedly saved a lot of time.

My amendment was offered before Snowguy's, the intent was never to delete Snowguy's amendment. I would point out you never said Snowguy's had passed either so it was basically put on hold.

So all you really have to do is say mine passed by a vote, and then Snowguy's was adopted without objection.
