I said "teenage minor" instead of just "teenagers" because I'm intentionally excluding 18 and 19-year olds.

This is something else that I recall someone here getting triggered about in the past, if said teenager is converting without their parents' approval, the notion being that teenagers can only belong to whatever their parents are, which is quite an authoritarian outlook. Like I've been to churches that have had teenage members who joined without their parents, and in some cases even without their parents' blessing, but of course we're not going to turn them away, that's kind of laughable.

If someone is stupid enough to hang around priests while underage, I say let them make their own mistakes.

We can't accept churches that allow teens to explore their religious identity. It's encouraging them to identify with something out of social pressure that's far too complex for them to understand. I'm not against it in principle, but best wait till they are 18. Teens are too easily influenced and are making life changing decisions about their religious identity and practice too early.

Hopefully they can legislate against this form of exploitation.

Don't you adhere to the priesthood of all believers?

Never seen it mentioned in that exact terminology.

If a Church believes that they have a duty to convert as many people as possible, then the answer according that Church’s own beliefs is yes.
