Obama like Clinton had 2 years of Dem control of Congress, and instead went to Health Care, like Clinton did. He didnt try to raise taxes on wealthy and left the state status of DC in limbo in Congress.
He could have done more to pass tax fairness during that time, and on taxes, Clinton lowered capital gains. Clinton, like Obama, on taxes are similar.
