Someone who voted against World War II isn't fit to be on anything of note.
I can admire her principle, but she's seriously not anyone to lionize.
I remember reading somewhere that she supported the idea of going to war with Japan. She voted against the declaration because women weren't drafted. I don't know if that's true or not. If it is, it makes her much less problematic.
She still strikes me as a rather odd choice. Susan B. Anthony or Harriet Tubman stand out as far more impressive and significant figures.
Either way, none of them should be on the $10 because no one should be on the $10 besides Hamilton. I'm hopeful that the next President will slam the brakes on this obnoxious effort in instant gratification and move the decision back to when the $20 is redesigned.
