If you do, a federal district attorney
may come after you, while trying to gag the website from giving a heads up to its posters that it has been subpoenaed to disclose what it knows about you, or even to disclose the existence of the subpoena at all to its readers. Sobering stuff. The gag order seems like an open and shut case of Unconstitutional prior restraint of the press, but DA's sometimes don't let such little details slow them down. In this case, the attorney generals office ultimately did agree to ask the court to withdraw its gag order that the DA's office had secured after Reason Magazine's attorneys prepared a legal brief on the matter, presumably at considerable expense.
And perhaps when the Mods delete such posts, you might consider sending them a thank you card.
