I actually don't believe that there's much of a difference between Midterm and Presidential electorates here in Georgia. Turnout doesn't drop much.
    2012 Presidential Election Turnout: 3,900,050
-   2014 Senate Election Turnout:       2,567,761          
    1,332,289 voters that didn't turnout.
