Could it happen? Will it happen?

The GOP would be out of their damn mind not to run this ticket in 2016. This is the boldest & most attractive ticket they could run. Disagree? List a better ticket. R/K '16?

Completely unbalanced. Flip it around and put a muzzle on Rubio and you might have a strong ticket, assuming Kasich can handle the spotlight.

No chance that Kasich would agree to appear below a junior senator on the ticket.

Seems like amateur hour. I think Rubio is overrated as a speaker.

And I've read alot of stuff about Kasich that is quite amusing.

Kasich/Rubio is probably the strongest possible ticket that Republicans should realistically nominate.

Isn't Kasich a divorcée? And a former Catholic?

It would be a good match.

It's not uncommon to have tickets with a more qualified Veep (see Cheney and Biden.)

It gives Kasich a major platform. And he'd be 72 in 2024, so he could still try to run then.

If Kasich wants to be President, it would also keep anyone else from raising their profiles by being on a national ticket.
